How long does the booking process take? What methods of payment accepted? Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation? And more.

Yes all of our properties are able to be booked instantly. 

We accept all major Visa and Mastercard debit / credit cards.

Once your payment goes through you will get email confirmation confirming your booking and various other booking details as defined by the property owner

The booking process is instant – once you have paid, the dates are blocked out and your booking is confirmed

If you wish to cancel your stay, please get in touch with us. It’s important to note that cancellation charges will apply. 

If the full balance of your stay has not been paid yet and your travel date is more than 10 weeks prior, you may have the option to change the date of your holiday.

Your first port of call if there is an issue while on your holiday is to contact the property owner either on here or directly. If you cannot get hold of them then do please message us on info@coastalcottagessouthwest.co.uk

We charge 10% + vat on all bookings

We send booking payouts on the 1st Monday after the guest has checked in. Receipt of funds should take place with 24 hours

Login to your dashboard and click My Listings to manage your property details or Reservations to manage your guests bookings

As the property owner you are best placed to liase with the guests – both confirmed and potential – you can do this via the Owner dashboard

We will work with you if you would like to determine your property pricing or you can manage your pricing directly through the owner dashboard

Our principle marketing platforms are various social media channels such as Facebook & Instagram. We invest heavily into these marketing streams which have proven very successful.

If your guests have an issue while on their holiday we encourage you to do everything you can to resolve the issues directly but should there need to be a 3rd party involved then we will be able to liase on your behalf with the guests.
